Psychotherapy and psychological counseling offer support in your personal situation and help you find the solutions and changes you seek. A therapy session provides a neutral space where you can unburden yourself and speak openly.
Every person is unique, and therapy is tailored to your individual needs to reduce suffering as quickly as possible and counteract acute symptoms. The goal is to help you achieve long-term freedom from inner conflicts and stress.

I work according to the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy and Analytical Psychology C.G. Jungs. I also work from a systemic family psychology perspective.

Unconscious thought patterns and formative events from childhood, adolsecence or adult life have influenced your psyche and emotions and can be recognised as conscious and unconscious aspects of your psyche.

The unconscious aspects that challenge you emotionally can sabotage your personal development and repeatedly bring you to "the same point." Recognising this, illuminates those aspects and paves the way for personal growth and a sense of lightness. Through accepting and integrating these unwanted emotions and patterns, our so-called shadow, they loose their power and you will experience ultimately inner peace and joy.
Analytical psychology according to C.G. Jung aims at the attainment of human wholeness, which means encountering oneself on the path of life and recognising one's own truth. ​
